Masdar City is spread over a land area of approx. 2 km2. The landmark project is located adjacent to the Abu Dhabi airport and is easily accessible from the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway. The mix of uses include residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and a technology cluster focused on renewable energy and sustainability.
Advised the client and multi-disciplinary project consulting team on the following tasks for Phase 4 of the Master Plan:
- Detailed review of the existing Master Plan for Phase 4 and the overall project
- Visioning and Development positioning, incorporating latest trends and innovative schemes
- Detailed benchmarking exercise for the project to advise the client on place making, real estate and retail strategy
- Concept and detailed design review
- Advice on the retail strategy and tenant profile
- Advice on Activation strategy, art and culture curation
- Financial and investment analysis
